Classic hearty carribean food.
Marinade oxtails overnight.
About 3-5 hours before you're ready to eat, heat up your pot and start browning meat. Then add chicken broth or water until covered. Let it boil then simmer for at least two hours.
A watched pot never boils. But it sure does smell good.
Beans and carrot for extra hearty flair.
Paired with veggies for a balanced meal.
