Dumpling skins

Ran out of dumpling skins, tried making them from scratch. It's time consuming, but also a great way to work out the frustrations of teaching during the pandemic. 

All you need is flour and water and lots of time.
Took this opportunity to try a new filming setup. I'm using a tablet stand hooked onto the butchertop counter. While it is out of the way, the counter is not nailed down so it vibrates. when I apply force to the dough.


Music is of whatever random playlist streaming at the time. 

Tried to get a mini production line going with mini batches of tasks. Slicing dough then rolling it out.

Would I do this again? Probably. When I feel like I need a break from grading *grin*
