Smoker about to get used for the first time.

Here are some views of the meat in the grill, almost done. Was in there for a few hours getting grilled.
I don't think the chef of the day used the grill correctly. However, possibly by stroke of luck, the meat came out quite delicious. Paired with some bok choy that was found in the fridge.
