Salsa

Salsa (eyeballed the amounts for this recipe)
  • Chop these into small chunks and put into bowl: 1 medium sized tomato, 1 small onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 serrano chile.
  • Squeeze half a lemon into mixture
  • Add salt (2 teaspoons?) and black pepper (1 teaspoon?) to taste
  • Stir and refrigerate til ready to eat
Also made guacamole this weekend following this recipe (minus the cilantro and tomatoes)
