- Chop these into small chunks and put into bowl: 1 medium sized tomato, 1 small onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 serrano chile.
- Squeeze half a lemon into mixture
- Add salt (2 teaspoons?) and black pepper (1 teaspoon?) to taste
- Stir and refrigerate til ready to eat
